"Pretty happy with it so far"
The phone works really well, and the battery lasts way longer than my old one. I was going to say it’s just okay, but the battery life alone has made me like it a lot more than I expected.

"Easy to Use, But a Little Frustrating"
The site was easy to browse, so at first I was feeling good about it. Then I got a little annoyed because a few of the phones I really wanted were out of stock. I did end up finding something similar, which was a relief, but it still wasn’t my first choice. I wish the inventory was updated more often so you don’t get your hopes up over something that isn’t available. Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of disappointing because the choices felt limited.

"Pretty happy with this old phone"
I was a little nervous about ordering a Y2K phone online. But it showed up exactly like the listing said. Model number matched, logos looked right, and nothing felt like some cheap fake copy. Battery and charger were included too. Powered on with no issues. Just a real original-looking old phone with the usual small marks from age. Happy with it...

"I expected the warranty to cover…"
I expected the warranty to cover a lot more than it did. When I actually needed it, I found out most of the stuff I thought would be included wasn’t covered. The whole process felt a bit unnecessary, especially after paying extra for peace of mind

"Way Easier Than Most Phone Shops"
I had a really good experience with Y2KPHONES. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve dealt with, their communication was actually clear and straightforward. I asked a few questions and they answered without making it feel complicated or like I had to keep following up. I always knew what was going on with my order, which puts them ahead of the crowd for me. Simple, easy, and I’d definitely use them again.

I did get my refund in the end, so that part is true, but I absolutely had to chase them for it. No question about it — if I hadn’t followed up, I’m convinced I’d still be waiting.

"Phone’s fine, but was anyone else’s packaging this bad?"
The phone itself seems okay so far, but the packaging was disappointing. It looked like it had been tossed around a lot, and I was worried something might be damaged when I opened it. Maybe it’s just me, but for something like a phone, I feel like the packaging should be a lot more secure, right?

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I bought a phone from y2kphones and, to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. The price seemed good, maybe even a little too good, but the phone showed up and it works fine so far. Shipping wasn’t anything amazing, but it was okay. Overall, I’m happy with it and it feels like I got my money’s worth.

"Super easy site to get around"
I used y2kphones.com it was easy to figure out. The pages loaded fast, I found the phones without having to click all over the place, and checkout didn’t feel confusing or sketchy. It also looked good on my phone, which I feel like should be normal but isn’t always, right? Overall, I had a good experience and would probably use it again.

"Battery lasts longer than I expected"
I got my phone from y2kphones.com the battery has been way better than I thought it would be. I’m bad about keeping music on and scrolling whenever I get a spare minute, so I figured I’d be charging it by the afternoon, but it easily lasts me the whole day.
